As Mayor, Clay will develop strategic plans to reinforce the infrastructure and update all town ordinances that will support Pearl River for years to come. Clay is committed to developing a viable plan with citizen input that will include hiring a qualified building inspector, providing documentation of the water and sewer system, and the updating and enforcement of ordinances.

As Mayor, Clay will bring the Town of Pearl River to a computerized town hall and court system to improve and ease the experience for residents. Technology is crucial to managing any business and as a multi-business owner, Clay knows the value of technology. Capitalizing on this experience, Clay has a plan to bring technology to Town Hall to increase access to residents.
